UAE Residents:
- A valid UAE driving license (minimum one year).
- Emirates ID copy.
Non-Residents:
- Passport
- Visa (If on a free visa – visa stamp from passport)
- Driving license (both local & international license)
Visitors are encouraged to obtain an International Driving License/Permit prior to arriving in the UAE. However, holders of valid driver's licenses from the following countries can drive in the UAE without an International Driving Permit:
